[Report] KOMABA Brain Cafe (8)
The 8th Komaba Brain Café “A Scientific Study of an Optical Illusion: A Strange Relation between an Illusion and the Brain” was held on May 19th, 2010.
“Komaba Brain Café” aims at providing venues for a free and active dialogue with those who are interested in brain science, neuroscience, and neuroethics. The guest speaker was Hiromasa Takemura, a doctoral student at the University of Tokyo and a specialist in psychophysics. Yu Nishitsutsumi, who is a doctoral student at the University of Tokyo and specializes in philosophy of science, played a role as a facilitator.
