In the seventh seminar of the Mid-Term Education Program 'Ecriture and Thought in Modern East Asia', Yoshitaka Yamamoto (Master Student, Comparative Culture and Literature) presented his work entitled ''Pika-don and dream: an ephemeral memory" on May 28. The discussion animated by Tomoyuki Morita (Doctor Student, Education) followed the presentation on June 18.

The presentation was entitled "Ambiguity of visual expressions in Nagai Kafu: 'modern city' and creation of image".

Midori Hakozaki (Master student, Comparative Literature and Culture) presented her work entitled 'Chronicle of the Three Kingdoms around Sino-Japanese War', and the discussant was Bae Kwan-Mun (Ph.D. student, Comparative Literature and Culture/UTCP ).
