To investigate the themes of "redefinition of human existence" and of "co-existence," the UTCP starts its education program, "International Philosophical Education Program on Co-existence." The aims of the program are to collaborate with domestic institutes and scholars to open up a future for the humanities in the new era, and to train students for scholars with global perspectives, making the best use of the international network that the UTCP has thus far cultivated.
The International Philosophical Education Program on Co-existence
consists of three programs: (1) mid-term education program, (2)
short-term education program, and (3) advanced education program.
Below are the details of each program.
The International Philosophical Education Program on Co-existence is open to Ph.D. students at the University of Tokyo. Furthermore, the UTCP calls for its own Ph.D. students and gives an entrance examination to them.
