All About Schmitz 18th Session
This is the 18th session of our study group on the work of Hermann Schmitz (1928-2021), a German phenomenologist. In this session, we will read subchapter 2.2.11 („Freiheit als Voraussetzung der Schuld“) in 2.2 „Recht“ of Das Reich der Normen (2012).
