All About Schmitz 16th Session
This is the fourteenth session of our study group on the work of Hermann Schmitz (1928-2021), a German phenomenologist. In this session, we will read the rest of the subchapter 2.2.10 („Das Unrecht des Verbrechens“) in 2.2 „Recht“ of Das Reich der Normen (2012).
