All About Schmitz 14th Session
This is the fourteenth session of our study group on the work of Hermann Schmitz (1928-2021), a German phenomenologist. In this session, we will read the rest of the subchapter 2.2.9 („Die Strafe“) (we've started to read) in 2.2 „Recht“ of Das Reich der Normen (2012).
