The academic partners will work in groups with the administrative officers who are trainees in this program. We expect academic partners to interact with the administrative officers and explore how academia's knowledge can be used in administration, using this as an opportunity for your own growth.

The academic partners are primarily intended to be young researchers in their 30s (including those enrolled in doctoral programs). The purpose is to provide thinking skills and research techniques honed through research activities, so we do not ask for any specific field of expertise.

We will hold an information session on the academic partner system as follows.
In addition to explaining the purpose of the system and the training content, you will hear about the experiences of the academic partners sent in the 2024 academic year. If you are interested, please join us.
