This is the 9th session of our study group for reading Hermann Schmitz (1928-2021), a German phenomenologist. In this session, we will read the las sections of the subchapter 2.2.5 („Die Rechtsordnung“) and the subchapter 2.2.6 („Das Rechtsvolk“) in 2.2 „Recht“ of Das Reich der Normen (2012).
