Philosophical Practice and Philosophy for Children: A Lecture and Workshop
The dialogical method of philosophy education is now attracting attention, and is being introduced not only to universities but to elementary and secondary educations. The first part of the event will be a workshop on the Neosocratic Dialogue by Dr. Harteloh, who is a leading expert of the method in Europe. The second part will be a workshop on the philosophy education in the secondary education and on its specific methods by Mr. Kenneth Low and Ms. Kristie Chen, who teach at Raffles Institution, a prestigious secondary education institutinon in Singapore.
