It is not easy to find places to eat lunch around Komaba I Campus on Sundays.
We suggest bringing your lunch with you.

Cafeteria Wakaba (in the campus)
You can lunch at around 500 yen
Weekdays : 10:00-20:30
Saturday : 11:00-14:00
Sunday : closed

University Co-op Shop (in the campus)
You can buy meals at less than 500 yen
Weekdays : 10:00-20:00
Saturday : 11:00-17:00
Sunday : closed

MacDonald (about 3 minutes walk from the campus)
Everyday: 8:00-20:00

Everywhere in Tokyo, both near the campus and the accommodation, you can find “convenience stores” where you can get meals at reasonable prices. They are open 24 hours everyday.

Visa

A visa is required for citizens of countries that do not have visa-exempt agreements with Japan.
Please make sure by yourself whether you need the entry visa and the procedure to be followed.
We are ready to provide you with the necessary documents.

Accommodation

Presenters will be responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. We usually recommend “Tokyu Stay Shibuya” hotel because it is about a 10-minute walk from the Komaba Campus where all conference activities take place, and it is relatively reasonable in Tokyo.
Please refer to the following for details: Tokyu Stay Shibuya
