Visa
A visa is required for citizens of countries that do not have visa-exempt agreements with Japan.
Please make sure by yourself whether you need the entry visa and the procedure to be followed.
We are ready to provide you with the necessary documents.
Accommodation
Presenters will be responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. We usually recommend “Tokyu Stay Shibuya” hotel because it is about a 10-minute walk from the Komaba Campus where all conference activities take place, and it is relatively reasonable in Tokyo.
