Congratulations to Jun Tanaka, member of UTCP, for being awarded the prize of the Agency for Cultural Affairs for his recent book Poetics of the City – Memory and Symptom of the Place.

Jun Tanaka, a member of UTCP published The Urban Poetics – Analyses of Urban Representation from Tokyo University Press. This is a collection of his writings, serialized in the magazine 10+1 from 2004. The total number of pages is 430. A very exciting chapter “Towards an Imageology of the Nervous System” is included.
