From the 21st to the 29th of February we had a series of seminars with the participation of Thomas Metzinger (University of Mainz) and Stephan Schleim (University of Bonn), where we were able to discuss a variety of problems in neuroethics. Below is their brief report.

第二届BESETO哲学会议于2007年12月27日到28日在北京大学勺园宾馆举行。东京大学有九名研究者（其中UTCP五名）出席。

On the 27th and 28th of December 2007 the Second BESETO Meeting on Philosophy was held at Shaoyuan Hotel of Beijing University. Nine researchers from the University of Tokyo (including five from UTCP) attended.

New report on our activities:
In Session 7 of the 1st Seminar: "Reading Levy's Neuroethics", we discussed the chapter 4: 'Reading minds/controlling minds'.
